BNA LEGAL LAWYER SHARES ON "ETHICS AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY THROUGH ETHICAL HR ACTIVITIES" AT TON DUC THANG UNIVERSITY
On May 14, 2025, Lawyer Nguyen Thuy Dung, also the Founder of BNA Legal, had a meaningful sharing session with over 100 students from the Faculty of Business Administration, Ton Duc Thang University, within the framework of the International Human Resource Management course.
The topic of the session focused on "Business Ethics and Social Responsibility through Ethical HR Activities," a crucial issue in the context of sustainable development and modern human resource management.
During the sharing session, she skillfully integrated real-world situations from the business environment to help students better understand ethical principles and social responsibility in human resource management. By organizing group discussions on scenarios, students were encouraged to apply theory to practice, develop analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
After the group discussions, Lawyer Nguyen Thuy Dung provided an in-depth explanation of the theoretical aspects linked to practical experience, helping students gain a multi-faceted perspective on the role of the HR department in building a fair, transparent, and socially responsible work environment for businesses.
The session not only provided useful professional knowledge but also inspired students to develop ethical thinking and a sense of social responsibility in their future careers.
