SURVEY ON THE NEED FOR SHARING KNOWLEDGE ON INTERNAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND RISK MANAGEMENT FOR BUSINESSES
During their development process, many businesses in Vietnam are facing legal, financial, and human resource risks, the core reasons for which lie in weak internal management capabilities and a lack of effective risk control systems. These factors make businesses vulnerable to crises when there are external or internal fluctuations.
In the context of globalization, ESG (Environmental – Social – Governance) is gradually becoming the gold standard for sustainable business development. In this, the letter "G" – Governance – is not only a requirement for legal compliance but also a competitive advantage in attracting investment capital and expanding international markets.
However, in reality, many businesses are still struggling to apply management and risk control systems, especially when lacking resources, experience, or a clear direction.
Why should you participate in the survey?
Understanding these difficulties, BNA Legal – a specialized consulting unit in legal and corporate governance – is organizing a quick survey program as a basis for building a free online sharing session to support businesses:
- Systematize foundational legal knowledge
- Update methods for building internal risk control systems
- Answer practical implementation challenges
To ensure the content of the sharing session is relevant to reality, BNA Legal sincerely invites your business to take a few minutes to answer the survey below: https://forms.gle/bsGjAgmnYqCByTkU9
Thank you very much for participating in the survey with BNA Legal.

This forum took place over 2 days. On the first day, the forum focused on sharing and discussing the foundation: starting with an overview, followed by CSOs from 6 ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Philippines, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar) sharing updates and practical experiences to discuss in depth the aspects of environmental rights in Southeast Asia, including CSO participation, and key issues to guide future operational development.
The second day focused on dialogue and finalizing actions: an important dialogue session with senior representatives from the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) and the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM), where delegates worked together to discuss directions and finalize joint documents (such as Declarations, Position Papers, or Press Releases) expressing the unified views of the CSO bloc.

Representatives of BNA Legal along with the forum's chairs
With the resounding success of the forum, demonstrating the effective cooperation between the Asian Research Institute for Environmental Law (ARIEL), the Indonesian Center for Environmental Law (ICEL), and the Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (ELAW), ARIEL and ELAW's hosting of this forum provided an extremely professional and dignified space for the forum.
