Specialized Areas: Developing HR strategies and policies, and supporting clients in adapting to the changing world of work through consulting, writing, training, and speaking at relevant conferences.
Experience: Over 28 years of experience working and holding the position of Human Resources Director at state-owned enterprises, joint venture companies, multinational corporations, and private companies across various sectors including manufacturing, construction, retail, FMCG, hospitality, and aviation.
