Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nghien is a Master of Economics majoring in Corporate Finance from the National Economics University and a Bachelor of English language from the University of Languages & International Studies. Mrs. Nghien has also achieved prestigious certificates in her field such as: Chief Accountant Certificate, ACCA, FCCA.

With over 26 years of experience in working for large corporations (including state-owned enterprises and private enterprises); simultaneously, holding important positions such as Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Board of Directors, she is an expert in both Finance and Accounting industries and can support Clients in:

• Financial management and Cashflow management;
• Raising capital;
• Managing and operating the functions of the Accounting department and Finance department in enterprises;
• Structuring financial transactions in M&A deals or restructure process;
• Managing corporate debt;
• Shareholder relations;
• Dealing with various matters in corporate accounting.
