Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the National Economics University and a Business Administration degree from Vietnam National University.
Ms. Huong has over 16 years of experience working at auditing firms and large corporations, including listed companies.
She has extensive experience in building and developing robust internal control systems as a foundation for effective operational governance, enabling lean – optimized organizational models with strong risk resilence and readiness for sustainble growth. Ms. Huong can support Clients in the following areas:
- Operational strategy consulting – Designing management tools and corporate governance systems;
- Consulting on the establishment and operation of internal control systems for corporations;
- Strategic implementation consulting and coordination;
- Monitoring implementation and improving internal control frameworks;
- Advising on the development of internal governance documentation systems.
