Mr. Huynh Huu Huy Truong holds a Bachelor's degree from Hanoi Procuratorate University and a Master Degree in Law from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
For years, Mr. Truong has dealt with various legal issues arising from different projects in several real estate developers in Vietnam and can support our Clients in:
- Conducting legal procedures for: Obtaining new Investment Policy Approval; Adjusting Investment Policy Approval; Obtaining the Approval on 1/500 detailed construction planning project; Obtaining Construction permit; Certificates of land use rights and other written approvals, permits for implementing projects in Vietnam;
- Providing solutions for the Clients to resolve difficulties and obstacles in implementing project legal procedures related to the matters in investment, land, planning, construction,…;
- Conducting due diligence for potential M&A deals; providing legal advice and participating in contract negotiation process.
