Experience: 16 years of experience in teaching and working in the field of human resources and training for major corporations such as FPT, Vingroup, SunGroup, BIM Group, and An Phat Holdings, hold key positions in various companies including Deputy Head of L&D, Project coordination manager cum senior assistant to the CEO, Implementation manager, and Deputy director of the Training and Human resource development department.
