Chị Đỗ Thị Hương là Chuyên gia về Nhân sự và Đào tạo của BNA Legal. Chị là Thạc sỹ Quản trị kinh doanh của ĐH Troy; Cử nhân Ngoại ngữ của ĐH Quốc gia Hà Nội.

Mrs. Huong has 16 years of experience in teaching and working in the field of Human Resources and Training for big corporations, including: FPT; Vingroup; Sungroup; BIM Group; An Phat Holdings. She also holds important positions in such corporations, such as Deputy Head of L&D Department; Head of Project Coordination Department cum Senior Assistant to the CEO; Head of Implementation Department; Deputy Director of Training and Human Resources Development Department, etc.

Mrs. Huong is an internal lecturer of SunGroup and also the lecturer of Marketing & General Management subject at the Institute of Business Administration - FPT University. With the desire to share knowledge and support for the development of enterprises, Mrs. Huong has designed and provided courses for mid-level managers, courses for specialists, employees and courses for developing internal lecturers.

With her experience, Mrs. Huong can assist our Clients in:

• Setting up and operating Human Resources and Training departments;
• Setting Human Resources capacity framework;
• Planning, coordinating and implementing internal training system (including developing e-learning materials);
• Preparing Human Resources policies;
• Providing other services relating to Human resources – L&D as required by the Clients.

Mrs. Huong can use both Vietnamese and English.
