- Hỗ trợ Khách hàng các công việc liên quan đến pháp lý dự án, bao gồm:
- Làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước để xúc tiến đầu tư dự án, xin các loại giấy phép, quyết định chủ trương đầu tư, quyết định phê duyệt 1/500, giấy phép xây dựng, giấy phép hoàn công,…;
- M&A dự án ;
- Tư vấn, rà soát, soạn thảo các hợp đồng dự án, hợp đồng xây dựng;
- Tư vấn thường xuyên về pháp lý doanh nghiệp; tư vấn đầu tư nước ngoài;
- Hỗ trợ Khách hàng về các thủ tục để có được các giấy phép cần thiết như giấy phép thành lập doanh nghiệp, giấy phép vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm, giấy phép phòng cháy chữa cháy, giấy phép rượu, bia và thuốc lá; thực hiện thủ tục công bố sản phẩm,…;
- Hỗ trợ Khách hàng các vấn đề pháp lý về sở hữu trí tuệ;
- Tư vấn về quản trị nội bộ doanh nghiệp;
- Hỗ trợ thủ tục công chứng: mua bán, chuyển nhượng, tặng cho, khai di sản, di chúc, uỷ quyền…
- Đại diện cho Khách hàng tiến hành các công việc ngoài tố tụng như: làm việc với đối tác, khách hàng, cơ quan nhà nước, công an…; và
Hỗ trợ Khách hàng tham gia thủ tục tố tụng tại các cấp Toà, bao gồm Tòa hành chính, dân sự, hình sự, hôn nhân gia đình…
